1. Create your account
Open the sign-in page and choose “New here? Create an account”.
Enter your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters. Tap the eye icon to show the password and check it before saving.
Open the confirmation email and click the link, then sign in. You can also use “Continue with Google”.

2. Admin setup (company owner)
Create your workspace
Go to Account & agreements → create a workspace.
Choose Team (you plus employees) or Solo (just you).
Each company workspace is private — other companies never see your claims.
Activate a plan
Open Billing and pick a Team or Solo plan.
Monthly and yearly plans include a 3-day trial; a card is required and billing starts automatically unless you cancel.
Prepaid plans (2-year, 3-year, Unlimited) have no trial.
Have a promo code? Enter it under “Have a promo code?” on Billing for a free trial with no card (code TRIAL30 = 30 days, once per workspace).
In the preview, pay with test card 4242 4242 4242 4242, any future date, any CVC and ZIP.
Build your price list
Open Price list and add items with category, code, description, unit and price.
Codes must be unique per category in your workspace.
Only admins can change prices; estimators use them on claims.
Invite your team
Open Team → invite by email and pick a role.
Estimator: can edit only the claims you grant them.
Adjuster: read-only access to claims shared with them.
Change roles or remove members on the Team page. A workspace always keeps at least one admin.
Agreements & payments
Add your private agreements on Account & agreements; members accept them there.
On a claim’s Invoice tab, choose which monthly installment options (for example 3, 6, 12 months) homeowners may pick.

3. Create and estimate a claim
Dashboard → New claim. Enter insured, address, carrier, policy, loss type and date, deductible, tax, overhead and profit.
Rooms tab: add a rectangular room or draw a custom shape on the sketch pad. Set ceiling height; walls, floor and ceiling areas are calculated for you.
Estimate tab: add items from the price list to each room. Quantities can follow the room measurements.
Depreciation: set a percentage or age/life on each item and mark it recoverable or non-recoverable. Totals show replacement cost, depreciation and actual cash value.
Photos tab: upload damage photos and press Analyze. The AI lists visible damage, explains the evidence and suggests items — tap Add to put one on the estimate.
Voice: switch the voice assistant on for a claim, press Start call, and dictate notes or items while you walk the property. Switch it off any time.
Export: press Download PDF for a carrier-ready report with sketches, measurements, items, photos and totals.

4. Share claims with your team
Open a claim → Claim info → Share, and choose a member.
Estimators you share with can now edit that claim; others they can’t see.
Adjusters you share with can view the claim and download the PDF but see no edit buttons.
Remove access the same way at any time.

5. Charge homeowners and carriers
Claim → Invoice tab → create an invoice for the homeowner or carrier share of the balance.
Copy the payment link or download the invoice PDF and send it.
The payer opens the link (no sign-in needed) and pays in full or picks a monthly installment plan.
Status updates automatically: paid, installments (with progress), payment failed, or refunded. Void an unpaid invoice if amounts change.

6. Guide for team members
Accept the invitation email using the same email address, then sign in.
If you belong to several companies, switch with the workspace picker.
Your Dashboard lists only the claims shared with you.
Estimators: work rooms, items, photos, depreciation and invoices on granted claims.
Adjusters: review the estimate, photos and sketches, and download the PDF.
Want your own business? Create a Solo workspace and subscribe yourself.

7. Billing and cancellation
Billing → Manage to update your card, see receipts, upgrade or change plan.
Cancelling locks claims, rooms, items and photos immediately. Resubscribe to unlock them again — your data is kept.
If a renewal payment fails, you’ll see “Payment failed”; update your card to keep working.
